Tina Simpson, MD, MPH

Tina Simpson, MD, MPH, is a Professor of Pediatrics with subspecialty training in Adolescent Medicine. She serves as Section Chief for Adolescent Medicine and Chief Clinical Officer for Academic Excellence and Community Engagement at Tulane University School of Medicine. She maintains clinical practices at the Manning Family Children’s Clinic and the Ruth Fertel Community Health Center, where she cares for adolescents with complex medical and psychosocial needs. Dr. Simpson brings both clinical and research expertise in adolescent health, with a focus on youth living with HIV.
Edward Bonin, RN, MN, FNP-BC, FNAP
Adolescent Medicine Specialist | Nurse Practitioner | Instructor of Clinical Pediatrics
Originally from Baton Rouge, Eddie received his master’s degree in Nursing from LSU Medical Center. He is an Adolescent Medicine specialist, Instructor of Clinical Pediatrics and Family Nurse Practitioner. Eddie served as director of the Tulane Drop-In Center from 2000 to 2016, which provided both medical and social services for runaway and homeless youth. His personal Interests include travel and historic preservation. His beautiful garden was featured on the Secret Gardens of the Vieux Carre tour in 2019.
Lisa D. Craft, MSN, APRN, CS
Nurse Practitioner | Clinical Instructor of Medicine
Lisa has been a Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Instructor of Medicine in the section of Internal Medicine for over 25 years. She received her undergraduate training at the University of Southern MS and earned a master’s degree in nursing from LSU in 1998. She has practiced Primary Care, Occupational Medicine, Geriatrics, Endocrinology and Infectious Disease. Her professional interests include the treatment of adults with HIV. When not at work she enjoys traveling, spending time with her pets and gardening.

Non-Medical Case Manager
Alicia Amador is a non-medical case manager and has been working for Tulane for over 10 years. She attended the University of New Orleans. Her hobbies include walking, baking and reading.
Nijay Beal
Health Promotion Specialist
Nijay is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She has strong research and clinical experience focused on mental health, LGBTQIA+ health, and adolescent/young adult care. Nijay is passionate about community outreach and committed to reducing health disparities in New Orleans. Her hobbies include reading fiction and dancing.

Treasure Schwab serves as Clinic Manager III at Tulane Total Health Clinic, bringing over 15 years of healthcare experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Known for her deep knowledge, dedication, and commitment to excellent patient care, Treasure works tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients at the clinic. She is passionate about community service and finds purpose in helping those who need it most. Through her work with nonprofit organizations, healthcare management, and research, she remains focused on ending the HIV epidemic and expanding access to STI testing and treatment within the New Orleans community. Treasure’s leadership reflects her unwavering belief in building healthier, stronger communities through compassionate, patient-centered care.
